Realtor Testimonals

Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Chuck spent a lot of his time helping me with my many questions and didn´t once make me fell like I was just another client. Very good agent and when its time we're sure he will get us the best price he can.
Bill Gault, Very friendly and knowledgeable
I first met Chuck online when submitting a request to view a property for sale. The first property we looked at did not work out but he was able to gather exactly what I had in mind based on that experience. He managed to find another property that was exactly what I wanted and had been looking for that even exceeded my expectations!
Jesse Williams, Working with Chuck to find a new home was an easy and pleasant experience
``Chuck Cavalaris is a full-service realtor and he far exceeded my expectations. Like many others, I found a very nice retirement property in Knoxville on the Internet and Chuck was the contact person. He answered my very first call and scheduled the showing and also emailed some very useful information. He promised that my property search would be his No. 1 priority and it was. We eventually found a brick rancher with an acre and -- get this -- we got it under contract for substantially less than the list price! I cannot stress enough just what a great job Chuck Cavalaris will do! From the first email or phone call to the offer and all of the inspections and even everything after closing: You will be counting your blessings to have Chuck on your side. He is the best realtor I have ever known!``

Happy customers Randy and Sharon Ensminger.

A log cabin in Townsend with 3 acres

just became their ‘forever home!’

Randy and Sharon Ensminger decided to move to Knoxville from the Nashville area and had been looking for a home for about two years. Quite frankly, they were disappointed by the lack of response and communication from several people along the way.

Then, in June, Randy & Sharon were referred to Realtor Chuck by a mutual friend.

Their needs and wants were very interesting.

Sharon really wanted something with privacy and mountain views. Randy was partial to a rustic look and was not afraid to pursue a fixer upper. Square footage was not a top priority.

After several showings — and numerous prayers — we closed on Tuesday, Oct. 11 on a secluded log cabin in Townsend with three acres! Praise the Lord! Along the way, we avoided a very tempting foreclosure because it had potentially serious structural issues and also backed away from an attractive brick rancher with nice views off the deck, but just too much of a subdivision feel.

In the end, it is always about getting it right and getting the best property for the best price and terms. You know what else? It is also about that long sigh of relief and wonderful smile when everything falls into place.

“Thanks so much Chuck,” Randy said. “You are a life saver for us!!”

Wow, that’s why you lean on more than a decade of experience … that’s why you do what you do! It was my pleasure and quite possibly one of my most successful transactions.

“We can’t wait to invite you to come back and visit,” Sharon said. “We are so excited because this place has so much potential — and now it’s going to be our forever home!”

Amen to that!

Getting our house closed is everything.
