Chuck spent a lot of his time helping me with my many questions and didn´t once make me fell like I was just another client. Very good agent and when its time we're sure he will get us the best price he can.
A log cabin in Townsend with 3 acres
just became their ‘forever home!’
Randy and Sharon Ensminger decided to move to Knoxville from the Nashville area and had been looking for a home for about two years. Quite frankly, they were disappointed by the lack of response and communication from several people along the way.
Then, in June, Randy & Sharon were referred to Realtor Chuck by a mutual friend.
Their needs and wants were very interesting.
Sharon really wanted something with privacy and mountain views. Randy was partial to a rustic look and was not afraid to pursue a fixer upper. Square footage was not a top priority.
After several showings — and numerous prayers — we closed on Tuesday, Oct. 11 on a secluded log cabin in Townsend with three acres! Praise the Lord! Along the way, we avoided a very tempting foreclosure because it had potentially serious structural issues and also backed away from an attractive brick rancher with nice views off the deck, but just too much of a subdivision feel.
In the end, it is always about getting it right and getting the best property for the best price and terms. You know what else? It is also about that long sigh of relief and wonderful smile when everything falls into place.
“Thanks so much Chuck,” Randy said. “You are a life saver for us!!”
Wow, that’s why you lean on more than a decade of experience … that’s why you do what you do! It was my pleasure and quite possibly one of my most successful transactions.
“We can’t wait to invite you to come back and visit,” Sharon said. “We are so excited because this place has so much potential — and now it’s going to be our forever home!”
Amen to that!
Getting everything closed is a very sweet feeling!!
That incredible moment when first time home owners get their keys at closing!!
